Payment and participation conditions for the ATF 2021
Special arrangement due to the relocation of the event on 6th/7th October 2021

The relocation of the Automotive Trend Forum is a case of force majeure. Therefore, as organizer, I cannot be held responsible for any additional costs (e.g. for travel and accommodation) that you as a participant have already incurred.
After the Automotive Trend Forum has been rescheduled to October 06th/07th 2021, your free and entrance tickets from May 13th/14th 2020 will remain valid.
With a renewed confirmation of your participation via your access to the ATF registration portal, your participation will be transferred to 06th/07th October 2021. An originally created invoice will be updated to the new dates according to your registration and is immediately valid.
Please note the modified conditions in case of cancellation.
If you are unable to attend on the November dates, please cancel your registration via the ATF-registration portal, using your personalized access code. Refunds will be made automatically to the card used for payment without any cancellation fees.

Conference fee

After registration, you will receive a confirmation notice and an invoice. The invoice amount is due in full within 14 days of receipt, and no later than the start of the conference. Purchased tickets cannot be subsequently exchanged for “free tickets” or “discount tickets” issued by sponsors. This means that it is not possible to cancel your participation and to make a new reservation with a free ticket code.


The organizers reserve the right to change the event, or parts of it, with regards to topics, speakers, location, and the timing of the event, on short notice.


The following cancellation conditions apply to participants with a new registration for the event via the ATF booking portal from 27.03.2021 as well as to participants who have registered for the event by 27.03.2021 and confirm their participation for the new event date in October 2021 via the ATF-registration portal. The date of receipt of the invoice applies in each case.
If you cancel the registration after 10.11.2020 (date of receipt applies) or in case of no-show, the full participation fee will be charged. A substitute participant can be named without additional costs. Cancellations until 10.11.2020 will be charged with a 140,- EUR
handling / administration fee. Cancellations must be made in writing. This fee does not apply to registrations by free tickets.

Photography and participant list

Upon registration for the Automotive Trend Forum, I agree that the Institute for Management Wolfsburg or commissioned third parties take photos and film records of me.
I transfer to the Institute of Management Wolfsburg the exclusive and unlimited right of location, time and content to use the created recordings for internal or external documentation and publications. I agree that lists of participants (name, position, company) can be digitally viewed during the event from all participants via a QR code. I will have organized any necessary permission by my employer for my participation at the ATF latest by May 12, 2020.
